What is “Truth, Love and Character Online”?
“Truth, Love and Character Online” is an interactive online program that gives you the straight facts about sex. No more, no less.

How is “Truth, Love and Character Online” unique?
The program is not only designed to inform, but to entertain! Each of the 9 lessons contains audio voiceovers, interactive games, teen-on-the-street videos and much more.

How long do I get to use this product?
Each “Truth, Love and Character Online” subscription lasts for one year.

How many lessons are there?
There are 9 lessons in this program that cover such topics as Dating, Pregnancy and STDs.

How long will it take me to go through each lesson?
It generally takes about 20 to 30 minutes to go through each lesson. And while we do encourage you to spend as much time as you can on the lesson, you can obviously spend as much or as little time as you desire. The more you review on each lesson, the more you will know!

Once I register, how soon can I start taking lessons?
Immediately! Once the registration process is completed, you will receive an email with your username and password. You can go to the log-in page to insert that information and begin your first lesson.

When can I take the real test?
The scored tests are available once the corresponding course has been completed. To complete the course, please select the exit button on card 11.

My test is available but I can’t bring up the window. What should I do?
Because the test is essentially a ‘popup’ that comes up in a separate window, you will have to disable the popup blocker on your computer. You may find the popup settings under ‘Tools’ and ‘Options’ if you are using Firefox, or if you are in Microsoft Internet Explorer add http://tlc.assetlearning.com to your accepted sites. “Tools’ to “Internet Options’ select the ‘Privacy’ tab and at the bottom select settings of the Popup Blocker.

I can’t view my results page for the test. What happened?
Your test score has been recorded. However you may need to disable your popup blocker or allow popups from http://tlc.assetlearning.com.

How many times can I take a test?
You can take a recorded test only once. For this reason we have included practice tests at the end of each lesson. The practice tests give you an example of the kind of questions that will appear on the real, recorded test. You can check as many answers as you would like, or skip over questions. You may take the practice test as many times as you would like. Each time you take it, you may see different questions.

How do I change my login or password?
You may update your login or password information under the “profile” tab at the top of the page.

How do I start my lesson?
Once you have selected the “lessons” tab at the top of the page, you will see your lesson list along with lesson completion and available tests. If you click on a Lesson title, you will see a new window pop up with the chosen lesson in it.
